The package promises your phone will be indestructible or your phone will be replaced. What they don't say is that the case is covered by life proof but not your phone when purchased at Best Buy! You need to have insurance for the phone.

I had life proof case on iPhone 4 and swore by it but this one doesn't have the same feel as that one did also we're having issues with the home button working correctly. Could be operator error but didn't have these problems before

I just got my son's 5c fixed. I then spent a lot of money on this life proof case thinking it would extend the life of the phone. My son then accidently got thrown into his friends pool and the case did not protect the phone in water even for the few seconds it took him to get out of the water. NOT happy with this product at all.

I've had two cases and neither were waterproof after testing them. When I called Lifeproof, they were rude and no help at all. Spoke to four different people, customer services is horrible! On there on hold speech, they say they provide world class service. I never got any of that for sure. !

One big problem with this case is the button for the iPhone. It is extremely hard to press and takes way too much effort.

We bought the original life proof case for one son, and it works great. The newest life proof case, that presses flat against the iPhone, and has no cover, leaked in the pool. Phone was kept shallow, but moisture built up inside. Had to return the case. Luckily, we caught it in time and it didn't ruin the new iPhone.

Really hard to open. When I purchased I thought it was broken.

I'm disgusted. Brand new 5c and new lifeproof case. Sat down with the phone in my front pocket and I guess it bent some how and shattered the glass. $120 to get it fixed. A week later I stood up with the phone in my lap. It his the floor and shattered AGAIN. I'll be buying an otter box next time.

We tried several of the "Lifeproof" cases and all 3 of them had issues within 2 weeks or so. Also tried a "Lifeproof" on the replacement phone as well and with the same results. I can in no way recommend this case or the brand as a whole

They say it has been tested at the factory, but you should retest it at home to see if it is waterproof. I have tried 3 and none of them are waterproof. If you are thinking about getting it for that feature, don't.

After doing test with included blue plastic insert, I decided- strictly following directions, to test using my iphone. I lost it. Water entered case immediately. Returned item. not worth the money.

I just brought this and I do like it but the only thing I don't like about it is that none of my headphones won't fit into the headphone jack with the lifeproof so I really can't listen to music on my phone if this case is on then the sounds from my phone comes from the back of the phone with this case but other then that it's a good case

this product was completely impossible to put on! Still not sure what to do with my $80 case that is still sitting in a pile in my Best Buy bag.

Don't waste your money in this case. It doesn't provide any screen protection & very little water proof protection.

Had to remove and that solved the problem. Will return to store.

Not waterproof. Don't buy it, not worth the money.

I reviewed this product in consumer reports before i bought. the reason i choose best buy is i have always liked their customer service and price, of all the product i have purchased only an apple computer had issues. Best buy was very accommodating in trying to fix, and when product could not be fixed they replaced. The have earned my loyalty.
