Whenever I played music on it, the music wen tot the back of the phone. And whenever I took off the case the rubber seal would come off. And some water got inside my phone even though I tested it accordingly to the directions.

Leaks...even when installed correctly!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read the reviews before purchasing and from the many great reviews, I assumed the few bad ones that said that their lifeproof case had leaked were due to user error. However, my case was installed correctly and it leaked. I do have insurance on my phone, but it is a brand new iphone that is now ruined because this case does not work!! I'm now wondering how many of the good reviews are actually true.
