Person on the other end can't hear your voice clearly. Your voice is muffled.

I can't hear & can't be heard using this case. It was quite expensive. .

The box don let me be clear when i spoke i have to use headphones.

Difficult to hear others when making calls including Facetime

I loved the case only problem was that it's made for an iPhone 6 and I have an iPhone 6s. I loved how the case was clear and you could see thru it that I just grabbed it and bought. Mad when I took it home and it didn't fit my phone. My fault though had to return it but would love to buy it for my phone and maybe then will I give it 5 stars.

Feel the need for the screen film for better protection

Tightly seals all opening while still allowing for the screen to be sensitive to touch.

After paying hundreds and hundreds getting new phones I finally decided to splurge and buy the Lifeproof case, what a great idea that was! I dropped probably a 100 times, 4 times in the bathtub and still worked like a charm! Highly recommend!

Good case no screen protection but nice if you have a personal screen protector

Looks good and helps prevent breakage. Ok price. Did not mind the odd color.

We had these cases for our iPhone 5s and they were great. The case for the 6 has an awkward main button opening and it is difficult to pull up a bottom menu. Also, the case does not allow for an aftermarket plug to fit in the Lightning port. Got rid of this case after a week and bought an Otterbox.

BEWARE of open box items! This case I purchased open boxed, i'm fine with some use for a product to get a little cheaper, BUT, this came totally scratched up like no where on the back doesn't have a scratch, and was filthy! I would think that these items would at least have a cleaning process or something, for the fact I still paid more for it than I would have at consignment for in this condition a YARD SALE! Paid $30 for something will not be able to use due to the condition it is in. Cannot return due to beyond 15 days having was waiting to use on vacation so didn't open til a month later, boy that has taught me to look everything over upon arrival.

It was a great case, but it did not fit my phone, so I returned it.

I have total confidence, when grabbing for my smartphone, now! Because it does not slip out of my grip. In fact, I am able to grip my i phone, and turn it on without it falling out of my hands. I love it!

Bought for my son who keeps having mishaps with his phone. He's 15, very fashion conscious and he likes it a lot. Only negative is that it needs an adapter for ear phones

Nice case. Unfortunately, I had to return because it would not snap shut with phone in or out of it. Not sure what the deal was but I wasn't willing to wait to send in for replacement. These cases are quality cases.

The only reason I'm giving this three stars is because in my experience the latch for the lightning port seems rather flimsy (mine has broken) and only seems to accept Apple brand lightning cables.

This case keeps the phone really safe at work but make it difficult for me to hear people and also difficult for them to hear me when on phone calls
