We’re sorry for any confusion but the Nuud case is certainly waterproof. We made a model without a screen protector for people who did not want anything between them and their awesome iPhone screen. Not worth the money

Thankfully we do make a case that is compatible for the 6s so as long as you are still within Best Buy’s return window you should be able to get this resolved with relative ease! Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first. Very dissapointed

The plug from the jack fell off plus the trouble of needing it the most when this happened! I had a similar issue with a Lifeproof case I purchased about 2 years back. Never thought it would happen again... and never will I spend on this again!
