Forget about speaker or normal hand head calls. The connection with head phones start good but got so I couldn't talk to anyone. I took the case off to make a call and of course dropped my phone. Glass shattered. I have switched to the otter box

The little tabs that snap the little door to the charger port broke off on the first one. And within 2 weeks of this second one, the same thing happened. The good thing is Best Buy replaced the 1st one at no charge and haven't tried to see if they'll replace this one. Either way, I will not get a third. Will continue to shop at Best Buy though. Customer service is always great!

I didn't have the case on my phone for 24 hours and I had three people tell me they could hear me and the phone stretched like it was a fax machine twice. So I removed the case and I haven't had any problems since. Hopefully others have had better luck with the protective case.
