Good case but hard to hear with case on

With the case on you lose over half the volume. People can't understand you on speaker and it echoes very much on speaker. With out the speaker on it is very hard to hear a conversation. I have had to take it out of the case on occasion to hear my client.

Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

The small latch at the bottom used to keep it closed. Then that latch broke after one month, so now it will not stay closed no matter what. Basically I now have a cheap piece of plastic wrapped around my iPhone (well sort of wrapped around it).
