The fact it is trying to say that it's waterproof because of a seal and the face will be open and will protect it 100% is not accurate. It does do its job in shock protection of dropped but I would not take the chance of placing it in water or taking it in water.

We’re really sorry that you have had some bad luck with the Nuud case. That is strange that you have had 3 cases that have given you the same audio issue. Of course, a slight degradation of sound can be expected when a speaker is covered in a case, but this impact should be minimal. Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first. Try and pay special attention to make sure the speakers on your phone are lining up correctly with the vents on the case. This will allow for a clear path of sound. People I was talking to could not hear me. I ended up ripping out the microphone protection covers In order to be heard. Yes I could have returned it but was frustrate. 99$ down the drain

Sad to say I have already returned 2 due to a small retainer clip breaking on the charging port.. Same issue with both cases.. Luckily as an elite I have 45 days to return.. These cases lasted less than that.. I'm a little skeptical with the craftsmanship now.. Let's see what happens with the new one.

Best protection for your iPhone 6+
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My wife passes this case up when she got her new iPhone 6+, and went with a cheaper case, but after a couple of months and many run ins with tables she wanted better protection for her phone, we went back and to best buy and got this one now she has no more worrying about her run in with the tables and is happy with the protection this case provides.

Nice size, not bulky, but terrible quality

Piece where u plug the charger in is too small for any kind of charger also that piece that covers where the charger goes breaks off easily and the green rubber comes off, also dust goes inside case so i don't dare to even try with water

Although we can’t guarantee that 3rd party chargers will fit with our cases the charging cable that came with your iPhone will fit with no problems. We can easily help out with that charge port door issue through our warranty. Perhaps if the charge port door is secure that will prevent dust from getting into the case. High Quality Protection; worth the Price Tag

We love the ability to video and take pictures underwater, watch Netflix or listen to music in the shower, and doing so without a worry. Their customer support always works with you and replaces any case with a defective part or piece. Appreciate that as well. We highly recommend this case for your phone. Cons: it is an expensive case. It often times sounds to others as though you, the owner of the case are in a box, and our only other complaint would be the small opening for the charger. Only certain, slim chargers can for and therefore charge your phone when in a Nuud Lifeproof case. Despite stated cons, the case is of High quality and serves its protection purpose and more. Highly recommend Lifeproof.

I've used life proof for most phones I've had and they are excellent and a good company to work with as far as warranty.
