I would highly recommend this phone to ppl I don't like. Scream and yell all you want, ppl calling u will never hear u. Why, Best Buy, why? Do u not care about what u sell?

The first one never completely sealed and the cover where the plug goes broke in less than 2 days. The second one went on correctly but then started popping off on the bottom and again had a broken cover. I was disappointed as I have several of their cases for other electronics they need to fix the cover for the plugin. I would not trust this case on my phone.

I have dropped it about 12 times including once in the kitchen sink. I enjoy this case it's not to bulky. The only down side I see to this case is speaker sound its soft but I expected that seeing how it is water proof.

That definitely was not expecting from such an expensive case. As a saving grace the company replaced the product at no charge and a new one they sent me has a different charging port cover so they must've realized it was a problem with the old

So I bought this with piece of mind. Well I took it back with in 30 minutes of the purchase. I had put my phone in the new case as soon as I got in the car. Phone was very busy and the next ten calls said they could not hear me I sounded muffled. I had a hard time understanding them as well. I could feel the case vibrating when I spoke so that's when I realized since the case was sealed tight the mic was not allowing sound to go through properly. When I returned it that customer service rep said that is the same complaint on everyone brought back. If the sound quality was there I would have loved having it.
