If you want people to hear you or be able to hear them you are out of luck! It looks really cool like LifeProof is known for. I took mine back after almost every call I made said they couldn't hear me. I removed it from the case many times and adjusted it like I read to do if it doesn't work and the problem continued. This is my first poor experience with LifeProof. My old Iphone 5 case worked great. I would recommend they redesign the sound ports and refund everyone who bought one or give them a fixed version. BestBuy gave me store credit since it was outside of 30 days. Better than nothing but BS considering I spend so much there. Just my 2 cents.
