first time it went in the water it ruined the phone as water leaked into AC port. Had to return case and replace phone.

Took out on the boat and still managed to get water in the case. I recommend the fré which has worked out for my lifestyle

Very poor sound quality. Caller on the other end can't hear a word you're saying.

For the price I figured it would have a lifetime warranty instead of just a year will buy an otterbox next time

I bought this case and had it 2 days and back to best buy it went. Sound was horrible, everything sounded muffled, very hard to hear and understand. Also, the charging clip to help keep it waterproof broke off my husband's within a few weeks.

Paid the high price feeling it would last long but had immediate issues with hangup screen or keyboard not automatically coming up when pulled from my ear but my biggest problem came with the seal flap for the plug in access broke while in my pocket. Now moisture can get in from there making this product no longer seal proof. All this tech ruin by weak half inch hinge flap

As a stay at home mom with two toddlers this has already paid for itself in the last month alone. It takes a bit of work to get off if you want it off but it's worth it to keep my phone safe. My only change would be if they had it in more colors. Otherwise it's been exceptional

Great case. Expensive to purchase. I probably would not have spent the $90 initially. But because they basically gave me the case upon purchasing the phone I tried it and knowing what I know now I would definitely purchase the case seeing first hand how great this case is.

It is a great case. However, it protrudes the speaker.

It says what it does. I love that it doesn't cover my screen so it's super accurate. Easy to access the auxiliary cord port and simple to get to the charging port.

Bought this thinking it would solve the daily hazards of phones. First and foremost, the design makes every call horrible! On your end, it will be hard to hear the caller. Callers will hear an echo of themselves constantly. Pics will not focus properly. Worse case i ever bought.

Because it seals your microphone and earpiece, other people's voices would come into my earpiece, circle around inside the casing to my mouthpiece, and then go back to the caller a second or two later. They said it was disconcerting to hear an echo back a second later.

Once putting the case on I could not hear any of my phone calls. It was impossible to talk on the phone. I returned the case and bought am otter brand and I no longer have problems.

This case was recomended by the sales person after discussing my needs. I think his commission clouded his brain. This is the worse case I have ever had. I went out and purchased a different case which I currently use.

The flap for the charging broke within two weeks, my other life proof cases have always worked great, not this one..

Overall it will protect your phone. However, you can not hear people that you call or that call you. Took mine back the next day!

Case is easy to install. Doesn't affect the camera quality and still makes charging or using the headphone jack easy
