I purchased this for my husbands phone to keep him from breaking it or the phone getting wet while working and riding. So far the case has protected the phone, no damage to the phone. My husbands only complaint is that it is extremely hard to hear out of.

Protects my phone from everyday accidents! Not too bulky, however I wish they made a belt clip for it so it would be more versatile while I'm at work. Overall, it gets the job done!

Fits as described and handled my dropped phone very well.

Had case only 4 months Charge port door broke twice already. Fortunately I was still under warranty so they replaced. Concerned about what will happen after Warranty expires! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get Air Bubbles out from underneath Scratch Cover. Sound is muffled with case on... have to ask Caller several times to repeat themselves! Clear Case not available in the NUUD line- would be nice if I could see the Color of my phone. For the price I would expect product to be more durable

My voice received on the other end is marginal at best. Listening through the normal ear speaker is poor quality. The opening for the charger plug is too small for my chargers. Pretty disappointed with my first Lifeproof product. Otterbox doesn't make a Samsung S4 case. Might try the Seidio Obex.

I just bought this case today and I haven't had any of the problems that people are taking about on here. Call quality is prefect. Everyone that I've talked to has said my voice comes in nice and clear. And the ear piece doesn't make a crackling noise during calls. The speaker for music is still nice and loud. Love this case.

I got this case for my son, who likes to use headphones often, the tip broke for the headphone piece, exchanged it & not even two weeks later same thing happened,

I bought this case thinking that it would be a nice step up from the flip case I had been using before this. It looks great, feels durable but when I received a phone call the only way the other person could hear me was if I opened the latch over the charge port. That being said, I have to return this case because what is the point of having a phone if you can't talk on it?

I've owned four lifeproof cases and they've all been incredible except for this one! I put it on my work phone and customers had problems communicating with me for 3 days, they said I sound muffled and I could barely hear them. I'm returning it immediately.

I've been hunting for a "waterproof" case for my S4 since I got the phone and I stumbled across this one on accident. $90 later and it was home to test this case out. It hasn't let me down one time. I still have full use of my screen with no interference. The only drawback I have had is using voice to text over the speakerphone, it doesn't pick up my voice as well from a distance. Simple solution, use the keyboard! It really can survive in the shower too, I needed to get ready to go out and Gramma wouldn't let me off the phone, so I took it with me!

I can't hear calls when they come in. I can't hear my wife on the other end with the volume turned up all the way.she can't hear me very well. The worst part is I have only had this phone a week and the charge port latch on the case is already broken due tol the difficulty of opening it. I'm returning this chunk of garbage TODAY!

This case is very nice, and offers great protection. Spoke with another customer in the store, and he was replacing his wife's case with one of these. He had just dropped his 50 feet, and it kept is phone safe. That sold me.

After installing this case everyone complained of a very bad echo when I had them on speaker phone. Returning it today and going back to otterbox

Purchased this product a few weeks ago and performed water test without phone in it and low and behold when dropped in a 4 foot pool water got inside it. Long story short, had to purchase a new phone. Would not recommend to anyone. It says the seal around the screen is tested and works, but it does not. Lifeproof wouldn't even replace my phone. Other lifeproof cases have lived up to their name but not the nuud case. Dont buy it.

My first Nuud case failed the trial underwater, Returned that one. Then the second one I could only talk via the speakphone option. Imagine trying to talk to someone in the grocery store on speaker. Kinda annoying! Returned it too. Got a competitor and now I can actually use my phone. The pictures were also blurry from the clear backing. I loved the clear back b/c it showed off the blue phone! I thought this would be great having two kids, but it failed.

Phone works great. Put this case on phone and then no one you call can hear you talk. If you scream loud enough it sounds like a whisper on the other end. The product website is totally useless when it comes to customer support. Phone becomes useless to make calls with when you put this case on the phone.

Sound is muffled and cannot hear people talk very well. The case also blocks the sensor. Example: needing to input numbers during a call to give information. When I try to enter the numbers the screen turns off until I move it a little, then it turns on... until it detects my finger about to touch it, then it turns off again. Very annoying.

I was really psyched upon getting this case, but when I went to listen to a voicemail, I couldn't understand a single word. I took the case off and understood the message just fine. I called lifeproof and they said it was a side effect of waterproofing. I'm going to run back to my otterbox and just buy a sound dock for listening to music in the shower.

The case has poor inbound and outbound audio quality. The proximity sensor is also affected by the case housing. Have gone through 4 cases with same issues on all replacements.
