They always are upgrading their equipment to keep up with apple's new equipment. I've always felt safe with lifeproof and their customer service is top notch. I love that they updated the headset/earbud plug in where you no longer need an adapter and the screw in plug is attached so u don't have to keep it handy cus i'd lose it half the time. I'm a happy customer.

We are sorry that this Nuud case is hindering the sound on your iPhone 6s Plus. Of course, a slight degradation of sound can be expected when a speaker is covered in a case, but this impact should be minimal.
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
