We are sorry that this Nuud case is hindering the sound from your iPhone 6s Plus and that the auxiliary jack is being difficult. The headphone port should become easier with a bit more use.
The audio problem problem is not normal and we definitely want to get that turned around for you. Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

CAN NOT HEAR!

Was excited when I knew it was waterproof and a big sell point for me. Less than a week of using it and the clip that covers where you charge the phone fell off so it's not waterproof now is it! WILL NEVER BUY CASE LIKE THIS AGAIN!!!!
