Sometimes muffled sound can be caused by dirt or debris on the audio vents. We suggest that you check for debris around those areas. If they are dirty you can run water over the outside of the case (focusing on the case’s audio vent locations), then shake the water off and pat it down dry. It is important that you don’t stick any objects into the audio vents as this may damage those areas.

So I purchased another one for my next vacation and not knowing there was a different model for the 6 & 6s my phone got messed up. Very upset that this was the case recommended to me and I still have to pay the price for it. Very upset that customer service didn't do anything to help.

The sound quality is terrible from that "protection". I couldn't hear normal conversations and it was very frustrating. I am very disappointed in the product for everyday use. I think Life Proof should have done a better job on their research before it send this out on the market!!!
