The case fell apart right away and stopped use of the microphone for calls

I don't care for this case because its hard to hear on speaker phone.

I purchased the Lifeproof FRE case for my iphone 6s Plus. My purpose for the purchase was because I was going on vacation and did not want to worry about water, sand, or any damage from accidentally dropping my phone. This case works! I took several pictures and videos under water and my phone did not get damaged. I was very impressed with the case; it really does protect your phone from just about anything. However I would not recommend it for a daily use. As other reviews stated, when on the phone, the person on the other line sounds very muffled and it seems as though they have trouble hearing you as well. The solution to this would be using the adapter and plugging in ear buds to hear well.

This is a great case. I absolutely love that there is nothing covering the screen. It offers great protection and keeps the phone safe in spite of liquid spills and drops. There are only two drawbacks that I have found: 1) The microphone is less effective with this case installed. You will notice this during phone calls and during the recording of video. I usually have the phone connected via bluetooth to my car or a headset, so this is not such a big deal to me. If you record a lot of video, do keep in mind that your recorded audio will be muffled a bit. 2) The cover over the camera often gets smudged, causing foggy photos. This is easily remedied by simply wiping off the camera before you use it. Just a minor annoyance, but something that must be considered. Overall, it's worth overlooking the couple minor issues for the overall protection and convenience provided. I would definitely recommend this case!

i only had mine 3 days in and the rubber part would get dirty easily so i would get a darker color if i were you. i can barely hear sometimes and i always have to yell in the phone for someone to understand me. the screen protector has created many bubbles that i can't fix now because i already put the case on and don't wanna ruin it even more. when i first got it in the mail there was dust on screen protector. overall the case is beautiful in person but i wish i could get a darker color new one.

This case offered excellent protection for the phone, obviously, it's a Lifeproof. However, I found it very hard to hear people, as if the phone was under water. People talking to me on the phone also said it was difficult to hear me. Also, the latch over the charging port is extremely difficult to open. I understand it is supposed to be a tight deal to keep water out, but I bent a nail backward trying to open it.

been holding out for the lifeproof nuud for iPhone 6s Plus. got the black on sale. looks great and not bulky. I wish they weren't so expensive but I f my phone got ruined with out it then the cost would pay for itself. I definitely recommend this product. they give you a free screen protector as well so your screen doesn't have to be exposed if you don't want

I always wanted a waterproof device that enables me to record family fun days without damaging my device. Well, here it is. This particular case is perfect in that instance. However nothing is ever perfect, and everything has its flaw(s). The sound quality through the ear slit or the speaker is atrocious to say the least (distorted and muffled). Sorry Lifeproof but I gotta speak the truth!

Best case Ive ever purchased. Ive had them on every iPhone since my 5. Really is life proof, had mine under water many times. Great for getting pics and videos under water. Only complaint is sound quality degrades a little bit but not terrible. Also charger port very difficult to open when case is new

I love that my whole phone is protected. Very lightweight.

I was a little hesitant to get this case at first but I love it. It did a great job protecting my phone from water and drops without being bulky and is a pretty pink color to go with my rose gold phone.

My only complaint is that the little door where you open to charge your phone is very very hard to open. Other than that it's a great phone case. Much slimmer than otterbox, which is what I'm used to.

This is a great case. I bought it because it was about as protective as you can get...while not being to bulky.

I've always been a fan of Lifeproof cases since I had my iPhone 4S (as well as iPhone 5S, 6 and now 6S plus). I was excited to get this new Lifeproof case that protects your phone while being slim. A case that shows the slick color of the back and is safe near water. Nothing beats that. However, out of nowhere, the piece covering the charger port had a dark line. At first I thought to myself, "uhmm maybe it's just a scratch". Two days later the crack is apparent but then I asked myself what in heavens happened because I never dropped my phone since I got it. I started making assumptions about heat problems and the case dilating because of it but again, maybe that thought was too far fetched. So I decided to give some time and see how far that ordeal would go. A day later, while I was playing some game on my iPhone (Angry birds), a piece just fell on the floor. I didn't make any sudden movement and didn't hit my phone anywhere. And those who play the game "angry birds" know the only gestures you use are: 1) sliding the index finger (for the slingshot). 2) pinching or doing a reverse pinch with the index and thumb. 3) gently tapping the screen to activate bird power. I was so disappointed that I came back here to read reviews and noticed that another user has had the same issue with their Nuud Lifeproof case. I'm not sure whether I should remain an optimist and buy a new one (since I've received a lot of compliments on the white phone case that compliments my rose gold); or should I just get an otter box (protects your phone but unfortunately doesn't show it's beauty like this case). Dilemma...

Sound quality of speaker is terrible with case on. Can't get the silent switch to work--tab that comes with it for this does not work at all. Friend with other life proof case confirms this is the same with his case. It's hard to get the finger print reader to work with this case--hole too deep and narrow--I have long slender fingers. Bulky as expected with a waterproof case. Returned item--didn't work for me. Decided I'd just try to avoid water and get a more port accessible case with screen protector. Probably works well for protection, but for me not practical for everyday use. Overall the material quality seemed good.

I've needed a new phone case for a while now. OtterBox has always been my go-to brand but I was really wanting something thinner this time. I saw this one on bestbuy.com and immediately knew it was the one. When it arrived I quickly took off my worn out old OtterBox case and put my new, pretty in pink, Lifeproof case on. I love the look. It's much thinner then what I'm used to which is exactly what I wanted. However, the sound sucks. The speaker seems blocked or something. Even trying to cup the bottom of the phone with you hand does nothing. Not only this, the back part kinda vibrates when you have the sound up. Very strange. I don't the way it feels. So, I'm taking it back today :( So bummed...

I have dropped this in water and it was safe to say that this was protected. I am so clumsy and to be able to drop it and not worry about scratches makes this the best. I love this product.
