Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

Not what I expected

Unfortunately it was out of the return policy so no I am with a case without its purpose of being waterproof. Only plus side is that I can see the backing of my phone and a sleek look.

I took the case back to BEST BUY & asked now what? Only to be left with "can't help you with your phone". I would give it a zero if I could for the product & customer service at BEST BUY. This one is not life proof! The rubber on the case peeled up. The plastic around the charging port cracked so the latch no longer closes securely. Stay away from the cutesy cases. They are not built as well as the normal cases.

Not Worth the Money

Cheap front cover peels out from under the rubber molding (consistently on every purchase). They will last about 6 months before they start to fall apart. It's great if you have the expendable finances to keep repurchasing this product.

We always suggest cleaning our products using mild soap and water (never with abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case). Typically the warranty is set up to replace a case with the same color but we can make exceptions in situations like yours if you would like to try a different shade.
