Horrible case! Problem 1, when "typing," it's non-responsive. I ended beating up the included screen to be able to type. 2) when playing my recorded videos I noticed a buzzing noise. Should I want to create a video and present it to an audience, buzzing noise would be present as well. Turns out once i removed the case, the buzzing noise was not present (a sound thing). These two problems are enough for me to never recommend to anyone considering the cost. Returned immediately.

I've bought my daughter other lifeproof cases for ipads, ipods, & iphones and was impressed with the product. This one I'm not because the screen gets dirty rather quickly.

The case does not completely connect with the clear back and white front. Each time i take it off it only gets worse. I have always loved lifeproof cases but i am not satisfied whatsoever with this one so far. If i were to get into a situation with water, i would not be confident that this case would keep the water out because of the separation. I hold high standards for this company because of past experiences but this does not even come close to meeting them. Yes I did buy the correct case.

Great case for iPhones. Lifeproof has there heads on when designing these.

Great case. Have them for other devices as well. Warranty is great too.

Nothing beats a lifeproof case. Would recommend to a friend.

I purchased the NUUD case for the iphone 6s for my honeymoon. This case is supposed to be waterproof and I tested the case prior to using in the water. During my trip, I put the phone under water a few inches for a picture thinking I was safe and when I took my phone out there was water in the case and now my phone is not working. The fact that my phone did not work on the trip and is not working now is a huge inconvenience. I was unable to take pictures on my honeymoon and post to social media which was extremely disappointing. We paid a lot of money for this trip and I was really looking forward to having my phone to share the experience. I do not have insurance on my phone and now I am stuck paying for a new phone because this case did not do what it was supposed to do.

I bought this case specifically for the purpose of being able to take it in the water while I was on vacation. I did everything they recommended (tested it prior to use without the phone, didn't have it deeper than recommended, didn't leave it in the water for longer than recommended). When I got out of the pool I took the phone out of the case and I was surprised to find some water in it. I immediately put the phone in rice, but my phone was dead within minutes. I contacted Lifeproof because everyone talks about their warranty and they informed me that the warranty was only for the case and not for any devices put in the case. What is the point of that?! So now I'm paying hundreds of dollars for a new phone because I trusted the company's product and reputation. Do not make the same mistake!

Second iPhone that this case has ruined. First time I blamed myself and thought that I somehow hadn't follow the instructions. Lifeproof explained that they didn't cover the phone and sent me a replacement case. Apple thankfully covered the phone. Followed instructions to the letter the second time. The issue is that this case is reportedly waterproof. It has failed twice to meet that claim. The first time was at a water park and the second snorkeling. The phone or case wasn't being abused either time. I am the type of person that kept my old iPhone 4 in pristine condition for years. I tolerated the audio issues with this case because I felt the protection was worth the trade off. Mistake on my part. A $300 lesson that has now firmly cemented my decision to avoid Lifeproof in the future.

Product did not come with o ring ( a cover to protect the aux input) I am pretty sure it is supposed to be there otherwise if I put my phone in water it would completely ruin it hence there is no cover for it to block the water out. VERY UPSET

I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT AND COMPLETELY RUINED MY PHONE!! SOUND DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE ONLY WITH HEADPHONE JACK AND NOW HAVE TO PUSH MORE HARD ON MY POWER BUTTON! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THS!

I bought this case after getting my iPhone 6s wet and had to pay to replace it. I did everything I was supposed to do to make sure it was air tight before getting in the pool with it. I had only been in a couple of minutes when I looked at my phone and it was sitting in water inside the case. I was cautious before getting in the pool and checked the jack and charger ports to make sure they were closed tightly so I still don't know how water got in the case but I just had to file yet another insurance claim less than two months later to replace this replacement. How do I file a claim with life proof to reimburse me for this?

I bought this case with high hopes and thought it was working great, until I received my first call with the case on. Phone calls are almost impossible with this case on, unless I am using speaker phone. When not on speaker phone callers can't hear me and I can barely hear them. I like the slim design and enjoy the color options but without the ability to receive or send calls this case is useless. I have tried cleaning it multiple times and the issue remains. I will be returning it to Best Buy soon.

Not happy took it in the boat with me and my family and some water slashed on to the screen. Only had case for 48 hours and my phone is already having problems from water damage phone case already had a leak.

I bought the pink nude case for my phone the end of July, the home button cracked right away and it is so dirty that I have to buy a new case I was just reading the description and it says dirt proof not true at all

I had to buy new IPhone because of water damage from this case. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY this product. Customer service from NUUD was very rude, offered me free new case(to brake my other new phone)

Right now I am out of the country and have no phone because my case was not waterproof. DONT BUY THIS
