We’re sorry that this Nuud case is getting a bit dirty and that the charge port door is being a tad difficult. The charge port door should be pretty secure to prevent water from infiltrating the case. We always suggest cleaning our products using mild soap and water (never with abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case).
