They are rugged and allow me to take my equipment almost anywhere. Just wish the cases lasted longer than 18 months. They all seem to fall apart at that time.

There are times I'm yelling to communicate. Protection is great along with the use of the touch screen.

Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
