For such an expensive case, I’d expect better than this. I’m not hard on my cases either. Cases usually last me 2+ years with zero issues.

We put our cases through an intense amount of testing to ensure that they meet our high standards of protection, but unfortunately, every drop falls prey to a number of different variables, some of which are simply beyond our control. It’s sleek, protective, and I can finally use my glass screen protector with this case! So far I love it and plan to get it in a couple of different colors for my sisters!

If you install it following the directions you will not be able to use the mute switch.... You have to make sure the mute lever on the case is flat, then slide the phone in left side first. That was the only way I could get the mute switch to work. Other than that, the case feels great! Buttons are insanely responsive, which is a nice improvement over previous Lifeproof cases. Sound is crystal clear. For those who are wondering, there is a rubber-ish type seal around the camera cutout of the case to help keep out dirt. So far I love the case!!

I just want to make sure this is normal and my case will work the same..

Hurts my thumbs

It’s huge, it hurts my tendons in my thumbs to reach across to text or type. It gets dust and grit caught in the back and looks like junk. It scratches really easily so within a week it looks bad. It messes with my volume buttons.

Beautiful, Over priced, and cheaply made

It also scratches very easy, after me having it a week and a half it was already scratched and scuffed up! it also gets dirty very easily! Lastly when i was taking the case off to clean it, the case is made out of plastic so the side of it broke ! Ughhhhhhh!!!!!! Very disappointed for its price!!! Its very cheaply made!

During that time, I have had to get the case replaced once. Now that I'm past the warranty window, the case is failing again. In both cases, the rubber bumper around the outside peels away from the plastic housing. Also, as others have said, people have a hard time hearing me. I'm shopping for another case... From another company.
