Lifeproof will continue to replace but for a refund you have to pay the shipping back to them since it was purchased "third party".... looks like case #4 time...

Garbage,Don't buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's not waterproof,u can't hear or be heard on phone calls unless u are in a quite room.Outside u have to take the phone out of the case for phone calls.It don't fit the iPhone 6 plus correctly.Buttons are flimsy and so so.Not worth $ 105.99.Dont buy.Prior lifeproof cases a very good,but this one for iPhone 6 plus,trash.
