End cap will not close unless you pinch it together. Charging cable almost impossible to unplug. Not a good product. Could not return because I had it for more than two weeks. Not happy with Best Buy.

Sorry to see that you’re having such a frustrating experience with the LifeProof Nuud. There can be a slight cosmetic gap at the bottom of the case which will not impede the waterproof nature of the case. Were you able to complete the waterproof pre-test? Also, are you using the charging cord that was packaged with the iPhone 6 Plus? We don’t currently test for third-party accessories, but that cable should be working just fine. Make sure you have the ear phone piece at the right spot and max volume or you can't hear much at all.

I attempted to use the sample case to check for waterproof protection, but then could not get it apart without fear of breaking it. Instead of risking breaking it, I returned it and bought a different protective case for my iphone 6 plus.
