Right after I bought this one, the little charger adapter flap broke. I didn't even do anything for it to break either. Thankfully they covered it, but I still had to pay shipping and handling when it wasn't even my fault.

I waited a while for it and was anxious to get it for all my swim and amusement park outings with my four year old. I am still trying to decide if it was worth the money. I had a nice sleek case that I liked a lot on the phone but it wasn't waterproof. The first problem I had was it seemed like the phone wasn't going to fit. I had to press excessively on it to get it snapped in place. I finally got it then felt like I was going to break the case trying to get the charging port open. Then none of my nice charging cables would fit so I had to order new ones. After a little use the door to the charger loosened up some. The case does muffle sound. My alerts are not as loud. So far no one has said they cannot hear me. The case adds some extra width which for a man would be no big deal but my small hands notice it. The clear back also scratches easily. The home button is also partially covered at the top. The Touch ID woks but you have to get used to what position reads the easiest. The main reason I haven't taken this case back is it is waterproof. If you don't need waterproof buy a nice case with a raised lip to protect your screen and save a lot of money.

It's totally impact resistant, but not water proof or resistant given these issues. Especially the closing section near the charging port. Customer support is also good.

I contacted the company and they replaced it only to have the same issue happen again.

Ehh not so Lifeproof

It not longer closes all the way. Therefore, it is no longer waterproof. Which defeats the whole purpose of me purchasing this case.
