I have to unfortunately open up the charging flap so they can hear me a little better. I suggest you get an otter box defender case instead.

We’re glad that the Nuud case is taking care of your iPhone 6. We are sorry that it is making it difficult for others to hear you though. This is not at all normal and you certainly shouldn’t have to open up the charge port door to communicate clearly.
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

I went though the entire "test" the case when I bought it and it was fine. I called Lifeproof and they were happy to replace the case but they do not offer anything towards my phone replacement. $199 later I'm not sure what good it did me to have this case

I haven't submerged my phone and don't really plan to but it's good to know that my phone is protected in the case of an accident. I generally use the phone connected to Bluetooth devices so I don't notice any difficulties hearing others or having them hear me.
