Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker and microphone membranes on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.

I used mine 3 days until the plastic part above and under the button split and was no longer waterproof. I had not dropped it yet so the only way I could think it broke is by me taking it on and off.
