Additionally, we apologize that you're struggling to remove the case. We always recommend taking a flat edge (i.e. a quarter, spoon, etc.), inserting it into the bottom right corner, and twisting gently. This should pop the unit open easily. We intentionally design the cases to hug the devices tightly, ensuring maximum drop protection. If the phone falls, we don't want the product popping off and leaving the device unprotected.
