There certainly isn’t much worse than a one sided conversation. We’re sorry that this Nuud case is making it challenging to be heard. This is not normal and we absolutely want to help out.
Typically, the quickest and most effective way to alleviate any audio issues with your LifeProof case will be to remove your device, blow some air through the speaker membrane on the case, and then re-install your phone with the bottom going in first.
