Wish it were a bit more affordable but is a great product. One star taken because the light color ones like pink or white rubber parts do not come clean, they show dirt and blue denim stain from being slid in my pocket.

I usually have to plug in a headset so I can be understood. To difficult to take out of case on a regular basis. I guess that is the tradeoff for being waterproof.

Not very sturdy

It worked great for a month or two but then the plastic piece covering the camera started to rip. I got a replacement and the same thing happened again. Very disappointing

First one bought after Best Buy sales person, Alex threw his phone down on the floor when we simply asked him if he knew about lifeproof, thus demonstrating the durability of the company's claims. After a few years of use, we noticed the cover for ringer mute button was frayed & called Lifeproof. They were great & sent a replacement case free of charge. I recently upgraded from an iPhone 5 to a 6s & made sure to get another lifeproof case.

I didn't like the none screen part also the part that covers the charger breaks pretty easily and when that breaks the phone is no longer water proof
