The back top rubber piece separated after just a couple months. For a case this expensive it should last longer without issues. Especially quality issues like this.

That is strange that your granddaughter’s Nuud case is coming apart after a couple of months. We want to assure you that this is not typical and we certainly want to help out. Please, at your earliest convenience, give us a call at 1-855-419-7418, and we will be happy to get you set up with a new warranty replacement case. When you do call please have the case handy as we will need the serial number located inside of it.
