First one really held up over several years. I had this one just over a year and today the entire bottom section broke off. Since there is only a year warranty-I’m out close to $80.00. For the price -it should have lasted longer. I won’t buy this brand again. I take care of my phone and case. This shouldn’t have broken like this.

It only covers the back and sides. Didn’t know that when it was bought. Leaves the front of your iPhone susceptible to the elements. Just be aware.

We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with this NËXT case! Try reseating it. When you take the phone out, blow hard into the microphone for 3-5 seconds to clear any dust or debris. When you put the case back on, put the bottom in first. Then push the top in. This will make sure it's aligned properly. See if this helps at all. They did not stay on either phone for an hour because they are so slick that I knew I would break my phone. Also, the fingerprints on them looked horrible.
