However the price and the degradation of audio quality quality and lack of MagSafe compatibility make this difficult to recommend. There are better options out there if you’re willing to sacrifice somewhere.

We're sorry to hear that you were having some trouble with your FRĒ case! Sometimes if you don't have that case installed just right, it can lead to some audio issues like you're experiencing. When you're putting your phone into that case, we recommend sliding your phone in speaker-end first, as that will help with proper alignment of the speakers, microphones, and proximity sensors. Keep in mind, while that case can charge on the MagSafe charger, it isn't designed for optimal performance with all MagSafe accessories.
