Case feature brke, and found out it's discontinued

Turns out this case is apparently discontinued on the Otterbox website, and a replacement is unavailable. I had to take a case that does not have the MagSafe circle/line thing on it, making me think that OtterBox isn't paying their licensing fees to Apple ad had to stop using that design mark. So does it actually work with MagSafe as it is today? I guess I'll find out when I get the replacement. The sales person refused to price-match it, so not exactly happy, but OtterBox did replace it, for $9.99.

The rep at Best Buy put it on for me and I submerged it under water and the phone got wet

The little plastic toggle to switch from mute to unmute has broken in half so I can mute my phone but have to take the case off to unmute it. Took it into the store I purchased it from and was told they won’t exchange it. I was told to contact Lifeproof and sent on my way. Terrible product and poor customer service. This thing is far too expensive to break in any way after less than two months. I should have stuck with Otterbox.

On top of that when I’m on FaceTime the person on the other line has a problem being able to hear me they say I sound far away. And for the price I paid you would expect these things not to be an issue

It was impossible to do screen shots with this case. It was also difficult to switch between the silent mode on and off. I returned it.
