While I love the colors and the fact the back is clear so that it shows off my phone, I am not thrilled with how hard it is to push on the volume up and down buttons. My case is on secure, but the bottom left corner makes a clicking noise when pushed like the plastic isn’t fitting correctly. I bought the last case my local store had, so I’m not sure if I will be keeping this or returning it, although right now I’m leaning toward returning it.

I have had it for 2 days and don’t even remember dropping my phone, let alone dropping it hard enough to warrant looking to make sure it was fine. I have never had a cracked phone in the past 10 years of having an iPhone using otter box. Sorely disappointed with this product as I had high hopes for it being slim and comfortable. Easily the Worst decision I’ve made regarding anything to do with phone/accessories!

Our products go through an extensive amount of testing so that situations like this can be avoided as much as possible, but unfortunately, every drop has unique dynamics and angles, some of which are simply beyond our control.
