Not connecting without QR

I dont have the QR code anymore. Nothing is being picked up by my phone or the app. When i turn on lights its jsut flashing. Cant control through my phone anymore

Good when they work

Incorrect length

Bad connections issues

I had issues than with the connections not connecting all the time. But it's been years, and I had hoped they had worked it out. Guess what, I still have issues. This is the only smart home item that has ever given me issues like this. When it connects, it has great color and look awesome.

Not for everyone

I feel like for the price I should get more features and control with the colors and patterns. For my application it worked but i don’t think it’s was a justifiable purchase but it’s a good product and it does what’s it’s supposed to do.
