There is also a 30 day return window, which is terrible. Would definitely NOT recommend this product to anyone! I suppose we now have a product to use that has to stay plugged in all the time, which is pointless as a 'wireless' speaker. I figured Best Buy would have made some type of exception as well, considering we haven't even had this a month! The delivery on it was super late as well. Definitely not worth it!

Cute but not very effective

I think I read something about getting 2 of them and pair them together, maybe that would work better.

Apply any volume at all and speakers not only distort but crackle noisily. Almost kept these because of the nice flame.

Disappointing Customer Service on so many levels

Talked with limitless, they said return them for replacement. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Called to see what’s going on, the answer, we’ll get back to you. They haven’t as yet. I don’t need point I need action and the best action would now be free speakers. Lots of luck?
