The Lion King circle of life edition is the standard release blu-ray that I was looking forward to. The picture is clear and the special features on this item is fantastic. The voice over work the actors do was memorable to see again and behind the scenes magic.

Got this as a gift for my sister she a big Lion King fan. Loved the movie ever since we were kids. And when I seen Disney come out with it on the signature collection I just knew I had to get it. And my sister loved it. Now she can watch it whenever.

You've seen The Lion King by now, possibly several times. So, I'll skip reviewing the film itself. This new 2017 Signature Collection Blu Ray looks and sounds amazing. Perhaps, next time around, the bonus features will reveal something new.

The steelbook design and layout was a perfect reflection of the movie. Just amazing. Bought this movie for my boyfriend and he loves it. He loves the quality and clear sound it reminds him of when he first saw the movie when he was little.

My original DVD does not work anymore and I have been trying to find a replacement. Could not believe how much people are asking for used DVDs online. I am not a collector... just wanted to show the movie to my kids. Got the video and and at a great price.

Wanted to upgrade fir my daughter-she would watch this as she took a nap. I’m thinking the beautiful scenery and of course, the voice of James Earl Jones!! Thanks Disney for releasing and making into Blu-ray.

This was one of my favorite Disney movies as a child and I'm glad to see it out of the vault and available for purchase again. Whether you're old or young, this movie can be enjoyed by all. Truly an animated classic that will stand the tests of time!

The Lion King is arguably still to this day the finest animated film they have done. The 4K fidelity makes this feel like a brand new movie. As for the steelbook itself it is very nice with the sketches giving off a metallic look.

This is a movie film. It's an animated movie film with a lion. The lion is on the cover, so that isn't a spoiler. This movie is new, but it wasn't just released. It was released a long time ago. Like not super long ago, but in the 90s. FIVE STARS.

The 4K release looks terrific. The HDR color timing really makes this classic pop. Resolution wise I don't notice much difference from the bluray, but the color is a definite upgrade. This is a very well done steel book as well.

Lion King is a classic movie and my five year old loved it. The package came with both the DVD and Blue-ray which is very useful since my son tries to load it himself and may ruin one, so we have a back up. The DVD will also play in his computer.

Best Buy has some of the best proces for movies, newly released or old! I’m a member of the Disney Movie Club where I’d have to pay $25-30 for this movie, but got it at Best Buy for $20, just released! Highly recommend Blurays from Best Buy.

This was the only place that had the exact DVD I wanted. All the other places format and version I did not want. I needed the basic version so my son could use it by his self.

The Lion King is loved by all of our family members. We purchased the DVD for our car entertainment system.

For a long time I have been wanting to buy this Blu-ray disc for my sons who are a big fan of Lion King. They absolutely love it and the good thing is it comes with a digital copy as well.

This film is still referenced in pop culture on a regular basis. despite that it came out more than 25 years ago. Something about the voice of James Earl Jones always makes me listen.

This steelbook looks a little bland in pics but once you have it in hand it looks a lot better, certainly a lot better than the previous Signature Series blu ray steelbook. But beyond that it's great to have this one in 4k!

First time on 4k with a beautiful looking steelbook. If you are a fan of this movie and own a 4k TV it will make a great addition to your collection. Much better looking than the blu ray steelbook they released a year ago.
