I just been needing to upgrade my classic movies to Blu-Rays/DVD. The classic Disney never goes out of style - they are all classics. The old VHS type are outdated and just updating for future generations.

This movie is a classic. The steelbook looks great. The only reason why anyone should have any inhibition in purchasing is if they already own the Blu-ray. Otherwise, this is simply a must own for all fans of the film.

They did a great job remastering this movie for the 4K edition. Watched it with my kids and the colors were amazing. If you don’t own a copy of this movie I suggest spending the extra money to get this version!

The colors are a step above the previous bluray release but 2D cartoon can only have so much detail. If you have the previous bluray release you might want to pass this up. If you have not, this is a must have.

This is definitely one of my favorite steelbooks I got this year. The sketch artwork on the cover is a nice touch. I also appreciate that the digital code inside actually redeemed a 4k movie on Movies Anywhere.

Beautiful artwork for a Beautiful masterpiece, and to have in in steelcase is awesome. I am in love with just the cover itself, but if you look closely, you will see other images surrounding the main picture

I saw this in theaters when I was a little boy, and I recently watched it with my 4-year-old son. He loved it so much the first time that I had to buy it. It's great to own one of the Disney classics.

Absolutely love this story. Have seen the play in the US, Canada, France and Great Britain. Can't get enough of it, so, naturally, I couldn't wait for this version of it to come out on video.

When it comes to disney I usually update my collection in steelbook as they 're release and this one is my favorites from childhood. Love the art work and it's just as good as ever with the higher quality.

Lion King is probably the best animated movie ever made. Seeing it in 4K is unbelievable and so detailed. I highly recommend this 4K movie to everyone.

I finally went ahead and bought this blu ray for my collection. I was worried about buying one elsewhere and it being bootleg so it was great to finally find it where I know it's the real deal!

I watched this movie several times when my son was growing up. I wanted to watch it again prior to the new big theatrical release in July, 2019. It is still good and the musical score is awesome!

An oldie but a goodie. Was and still is my daughter's favorite Disney movie. Now it's my grandson's favorite movie. Original disk was scratched and was glad I could replace it so quickly.

This movie looks amazing in 4k. It's like it was completely remade but still the same classic story! My kids and I love it and even though it's an older movie, it's now my 3-year-old's favorite movie!

I have bought the Lion King 2 or 3 time already but I wanted to upgrade to 4K and add the steel book to the collection. It is perfect the movie holds up and is great and the steel book is amazing.

I love the movie, it was amazing to go back to my childhood, with the gem!

This is one of my favorite movies. It teaches you that no matter if you if you turn your back on family when your going thru something that you can go back and they will accept you.
