Just a classic. Bought it again for my 4 years old boy to watch. I had it before but don’t know where it is. So happy when I came out again on DVD and digital. Great buy if your kids love animal and watching movie.

This is still one of my favorites of Disney thought there is no typical trope; no Prince Charming or Princess in peril. This is still an enjoyable movie and adds yet another to my growing collection of Disney Blu-Rays.

This is a review for Lion King 4K steelbook I got this to go with my other Lion King steelbook blu ray + DVD. If you like disney movie's and steelbook's then this one you should pick up while you can.

"The Lion King" is probably a film admired by many as its tale is appreciated (despite some similarities with Osamu Tezuka's "Kimba and the White Lion") and is a film that I believe still has high replayability time and again. With the live-action adaptation arriving, this 4K edition is a solid edition to any viewer looking to enjoy the film in more standout colors. Though Disney has yet to implement Dolby Vision, the results are still a welcome addition as this release comes highly recommended.

The clarity of this picture is fantastic. The construction and presentation of these limited edition steelbooks also adds to the luster if you are a collector. highly recommended.

This is the 5th copy I own of this movie. 3 steelbooks and 2 with slipcovers. The artwork on this is nice but I always prefer an original look. Overall I had to upgrade to 4K for this Disney classic.

My younger kids have never seen it and now they can't stop watching it. That's why I love this pack because they see the Blu-ray in the van and the digital version at home. We are all singing the songs over and over.

My Fav #1 AMOAT(Animated Movie Of All Time)...great to reserve such a classic in stunning Blu-Ray and NOW digitally

Purchased this for Christmas for my young nephew who loves lions. This is such a great movie, the songs are great, animation is beautiful. Can't go wrong with Disney movies!

The Lion King is a wonderful movie and looks even better in 3D. I did expect a little more 3D but what they did with it was wonderful. Some 3D movies we purchased were not worth the money--Lion King was definitely worth it. It will always be a classic.

Purchased the live version by mistake which does not compare to the animated version. Had to buy this copy for the young grand kids Really enjoyed this movie.

There is something for everyone in this family classic about love and friendship, trust and betrayal and how they create the foundation for who we are destined to become.

What can you say it’s Disney, this copy didn’t have a digital version but other than that, it was great. I’m so glad they had it in the store so I could keep the little ones busy for a while.

I'm not much of a Disney animated fan. Growing up I was more into Warner Bros. But a great movie is a great movie. Excellent picture/sound quality and a digital copy for a low price...must have!

I loved this movie as a kid and can't wait to watch it with my kids. Haven't opened it yet, as it's a Christmas present, but if it's anything like the other Disney blu ray rereleases, definitely worth owning.

Although it’s a story that has been retold numerous times in numerous ways...this retelling hits the heart and soul. Still get choked up when simbas dad meets his demise.

I had to buy this movie with my Best Buy rewards since Disney movies are usually never on sale I wanted to get it cheaper. This is a classic that every one should have in their movie collection

This is a Disney classic, and I am happy to have bought it for my kids. While DVDs and Blu-rays seem to be losing the fight to digital content, it's still like buying the discs in case the internet goes out.

Got this for the fam and they seemed to have really enjoyed every bit of it. No issues with the transfer. Lots of detail. Good sound. Definitely recommend!
