Just got it not even a month ago. May be due to phone issues and the phone over heating when I charged it. Never dropped it and I have a full case on the phone.

Posted .Heather, I haven't heard of the phone over heating being a cause of this product not working. The way the camera glass is recessed into the camera, it sounds like this would have had to be an acute impact which is definitely enough to break the glass. Most cases don't cover the camera area to protect it. If this product was properly registered at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for the Product Guarantee screen replacement. Bad!!!!!

Not recommended for larger screens with one produc

I feel this product is best suited as an added protection for your screen rather than the only linenof defense. In ither words it is most effective using this and a glass screen cover. I used it in this manner and have dropped my phone on numerous occasions without incident. Just dont expect to only have this protecting your screen and prevent it from breaking if you do something like drop it on concrete.I
