Posted .The handles can be a little tricky to assemble. Please insert the front of the handle and with a great deal of force push down on the back of the handle. You will hear two loud snaps when the handle is assembled completely. You will need to do this procedure for each handle. Missing pieces

Slide is great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pick-up was quick and easy. My 2-year old godson loved it! I will mention that folding it wasn't very intuitive. You can't just press a button and fold it flat. To store it, you have to take the slide and ladder apart, flip the ladder opposite, and then hook them together again. But not a big deal.
