Best phone for simplicity and use for my 82 year old Mom. Her arthritis in hands makes using phones tough and this one she can open, read and use all the buttons. Very Pleased with this purchase!

Brought this phone for my 90 year old grandma. She had another phone that was a smart phone that broke and we had no way of contacting her. I set this phone up for her and was able to easily explain all the functions. She was able to understand and begin making phone calls. I turned on the accessibility feature to help because she had expressed that she didn't hear her other phone ring. She ended up not liking the accessibility feature because it confused her and we turned it off. Overall she adores the phone and it was an excellent purchase for her.

I'm disappointed that I do not get email and do not have a mike.......however it has all the important features of me and the price is right!

This phone is just what we need. It’s easy to use and the numbers and letters are large enough that even elderly users can see and touch them accurately. So far service has been uninterrupted and clear.

This phone works for my non-tech senior citizen Dad. He actually carries it with him now. I have had to show him how to see texts and photos. I did had to buy it twice since he lost it once; but not too expensive.

Saved quite a bit by purchasing at BB versus Lively.

Bought this for a special 80 yr old person who is like a father to me, for the ease and convenience. He adores the color and the fact he can see everything clearly!

A good phone it has big numbers and it features all that apply easy to put in contacts texts, camera etc.

Great phone for older parents! I got red so it can be easily seen. The large buttons are helpful and Lively customer service is great! It has more steps to get things done than an iPhone, but they’re simple for non tech elders.

The Jitterbug Phone came through just as it was advertised. Easy to use with great clarity and power even in dubious areas of the city. I've given it five stars for all of my fellow senior friends to behold. It's simply ... THE BEST!!!!

Beautiful red color. I have to read up on features. They seem simple enough. I don't think a photo can be added to the outside window. Getting over a dozen recorded calls from "unknown" for Medicare every week compared to just a few on the same phone number before it was transferred. Can't figure out why.

since this a new cell phone can't tell you about the camera or the battery life. Can tell you is easy to put in the contact list, sound is good, Like the color of it and the way it operates. Should make good use of this.

Reception from this device somewhat spotty. I needed a phone device that is simple, no frills, this fits the bill. Make sure to follow setup instructions, ie, before turning on the phone, create an online account to activate if you DYI. Otherwise just call customer service, they will do it for you. They have a couple of value plans. I chose their 14.99 + taxes plan.

This phone is perfect for a senior who is not into electronics!! Easy enough to navigate! The one feature I wish were available on it is tracking~ my Mom is still able to drive( to our hometown about 45 mins away) , but I am concerned if she gets lost!

Got this for my elderly brother. It is a great phone.

Pretty good phone for Mom to use, but could be a bit more user friendly. Quite cumbersome to use the phonebook, also to get to all the text read/delete. Mom doesn't even want texting as she can't see good enough to read them.

This phone is perfect for my 90 year old mother who couldn't seem to be able to use the smart phone. All she has to do is flip this phone open, dial the number, and close the phone when she completes her call. The only other thing that is important is that she charge her phone. This phone is a "Life Saver" !!!
