It was recommended to me as the best phone for a visually impaired senior citizens. It was simple to set-up and after a little troubleshooting with Lively regarding “speak-to-dial” the phone has performed perfectly. I would highly recommend this phone for anyone who doesn’t need all the fancy stuff on a smart phone.

I feel they’re being ageist, bc it’s a flip. It does almost everything the smart phone does. That’s not kool. If I’m paying for it why are they being stingy?

Perfect for elders

Perfect for the elderly who are not into computers. It has a way to lock the volume button on the side so he doesnt accidently turn it down, which happened many times before i learned this.

One flaw

For senior citizen

Seems to eat battery pretty quickly and charges slowly on supplied charger. Difficult to transfer pictures and contacts from an older flip phone. Contacts had to be done manually and pictures required the use of a micro SD card.
