Customer service person, Deb, was very helpful getting the phone set up and ready to use. I felt very comfortable leaving the store with a phone ready to use. I've never had a cell phone before, so I was a little hesitant in this purchase. With help from the service counter, I'm using the phone with ease.

First of all, the company recycles the phone numbers of their dead customrs - so your loved one will be receiving collection calls from the previous users of the phone day and night. This is very confusing for someone with dimentia. Secondly, the online portal is very confusing and we were unable to to get into our online account to manage the account. My father with dimentia was not able to use this phone as the calls for Lively's past customers was very confusing to him Probably best to get your loved one a land line. Also my dad could not keep up with charging the phone and he also lost it frequetly. A land line would have been better.

This is the best phone for my elderly mother. She doesn't have a lot of technology, but she can use this. It's small and easy for her to use.

This phone was purchased for my husband's Mother; she is 92 years old. We are so happy that we made this purchase for her; it is so 'User Friendly', especially for the elderly. Thank you for offering this product at such an affordable price.

My elderly Dad had a hard time hearing other flip phones he tried and trouble with the small key pads. This is the first phone he can hear every time and see with ease. We love it!

This is the second Jitterbug Flip phone I have purchased for my mom. The first one was having hardware issues after two years. I could not get support for determining the issue so just decided to buy a new one as it was on sale. Phone is basic but does enough for her purposes.

The best flip top phone I have ever had. It's great for senior citizens. It's very sophisticated for flip phone. Finally, I bought a great phone This one, my husband is planning on using. I will use the red one.

bought this for someone that did NOT want to text, surf the net, do selfies, or play games! just needed a phone for emergency use... simple - to the point - and easy for her to use....

This phone is perfect for my 89 year old aunt who can not see very well. I added Alexa to it an my aunt talks to Alexa to connect the calls for her

Best thing ive done for my elderly mom, we ported over her landline to this cell phone company, easy to operate, sound quality is awesome.

It’s a great little phone for Senior citizens who are intimidated by IPhones. I bought it for my 91 year old mother and she can navigate it pretty well.

This seems a great phone, just don't buy it at Best Buy. I bought the phone for my 90 year old mother. I was able to complete the entire transaction without her input including, I thought, porting the number she has used for 20 years from my T-Mobile account. Part of the transaction included providing a Pin code to complete the transaction I told the rep I don't have a Pin code and asked if she meant my account pin code and she said yes so I entered it. She said the transaction was fine, gave me temp number for the phone, told us the actual number would appear in 24-48 hours and sent us on our way 48 hours later, the number still had not ported over so I called T-Mobile and found out it's actually a line porting pin code. No error was generated by Best Buy, Lively or T-Mobile so the request to port didn't go through. I am now back in TN and my 90 year old mother in CA will have to take care of this as I am not on her Lively account. We are in danger of losing the only number her family and friends know. Train your people, Best Buy!

Good phone for older people who don't need the bells and whistles.

This has nothing to,do,with Best Buy it’s solely lively. Worst customer service possible. Got this for my mom it is not that easy to do. An actual cell phone would be easier but due to there dexterity this one was supposed to be easier. Once you became a customer, the customer service was non existent. Had phone for 48hrs and got rid of it. I used my actual phone and the jitterbug phone at same time to get a hold of customer service after total time 1.5 hrs on 2 separate occasions they picked up on my personal phone never on the jitterbug phone. So if my mother called them from the actual phone for something she’d never get a hold of them…or at least it would be hours. Shame on them. Unreal awful.
