Phone was great...just not the customer service!

The phone worked great. But the customer service rep did not do what another rep promised as far as assisting my mom with setting it up and using it. Was very rude and dismissive to an 85 year old woman!

Great senior phone!

He had trouble with his previous smart phone and this works great for him! He’s able to maneuver around easily with the bigger buttons etc.

Phone for Mother-In-Law

I got it for my Mother -in-law who just needs to make calls and text. It is easy for her to use. Some times she can't hear the ringer even though it is on high. Just the user not the phone. She is having some issues with the call going through. Not sure if it is user error or phone. I will check
