Purchased a Jitterbug phone for my 90 year old sad two years ago. Buttons wore out. Purchased a new Jitterbug phone but speed dial causes a issue. Apparently there is a bug in the software. When using speed dial, it works then just doesn’t causing you not to be able to call or receive calls. Returned the new phone and exchanged but second phone has same issue. My dad, now 92 needs speed dial. Had to return and purchase a different phone and different plan. Disappointed as Jitterbug was wasy for dad to use.

the Jitterbug Flip2 cell phone for seniors is a great phone. Offers different monthly plans to utilize. The phones features help the elderly navigate easily and maintain a little independence.

Bought for mother in law who owned a original GreatCall Jitterbug . This is not as simple as the original one. Too many steps for a elderly person to go through. They can not just simple scroll down to the person they want, they have to push the “ok” button with every move. It is very confusing for her. Too many steps , too much too remember. The original was better much simpler , user friendly.

This is a great phone for my 97 year old father in law. Easy to use and loud enough volume for him to hear it ring.

The phone works fine for my elderly father. The service, on the other hand, could be a little better. I wish they offered a "calls only" service instead of bundling voice and text together.

It has good size buttons and display. The only downfall I see is that to call someone from contacts, You have to press ok 4 tumes.

Even I, a senior, have been able to read and understand how to use the Jitterbug. I love the name and used to dance the jitterbug— good music!A

phone does every I want, make calls, phone for emergences, a flip up so I dont need to clean the screen all the time, easy to use.

A little difficult to set Alexa up, but totally well worth it for a senior in you life, nothing easier for an elderly parent that saying “Alexa, dial my son/daughter” Once again, Just have to make sure you have it set up beforehand.

The JF2 is straight forward and easy to use. The large buttons are easy to see and push. I would recommend this product for the elderly.

It's okay just a little complicated for my 75 year old grandma since to make a phone call it requires 5 or 6 steps.

Just like flp 1 very easy handling the speaker is very good to hear nice color red compared to flip 1

This phone is perfect for me and it was easy to set up when I called Lively. I will be using it when I travel in case of emergency.
