    I purchased this phone for my mother who has Alzheimers. She had been a GreatCall customer for a couple years and I'm assuming Lively bought the company. This is a simple phone to use. My only complaint is that the features changed slightly from the previous GreatCall phone which she was very used to so that has caused her problems. We have had the phone for two weeks now and she still requires help placing a call.

    Very simple phone. Bought it for my 94 year old mother, but she still has trouble using it. The buttons are a bit small for her to hit when she has the shakes.

    Really dissatisfied with the way my mom was treated during the purchase of this phone. The phone worked great. But the customer service rep did not do what another rep promised as far as assisting my mom with setting it up and using it. Was very rude and dismissive to an 85 year old woman!
