Got this for my elderly mother to use. Buttons are large enough for her to see and press. Call quality is okay, good enough for her. So far we are pleased.

This phone is so user friendly. I purchased it for my Dad. He's dyslexic but is able to operate this phone pretty good.

Phone is great but the area of use does not have strong enough Verison coverage

Phone was a "rinky-dink type system. Would work like instruction said some of the time and not other times. When my friends found out I was trying to use the system, they would discourage me because their elderly friend/family wasn't a bit pleased and would end up taking the phone back. I couldn't count on it to work ALL the time.

This is the second Jitterbug that I've bought in the last month. The first one was for my wife and then when AT&T drop me and wouldn't service my AT&T phone, I quickly bought a Jitterbug for myself. This phone has all the features that I want and several others that I don't use. A great buy for the bucks. Best of all: It's not an AT&T phone.

This phone is great for seniors. Large print, easy to use.

Way too difficult for my elderly parent to use. Lots of scrolling down, ok button and back button required to do everything, even mak a phone call. The Dial 0 for an operator brought us to a recording the only time we tried it. Ridiculously difficult to enter a contact. I was even frustrated trying to use it. He does better with an iphone than with this. We only bought it for the operator ordered Lyft feature, but even that has proved to be a flop.

Great phone, easy to use, lots of services to give you peace of mind. More ringer options at louder volumes would be great.

Battery didn't last. You get what you pay for I guess.

SUPER EASY phone for non-tech seniors. My mother struggled with what I felt was a simple phone from another senior focused carrier. But this phone is very straight forward easy big menu options. Words on the buttons like Back and OK, Up Down, etc. So easy to follow along what you need to do next. Highly recommend.

Great phone for Seniors. Large numbers and simple instructions.

It turned out, not really what was needed. Looking for something very simple for wife.

Great little flip phone. It is different from old fashioned flip phones of yesteryear. We found that there was a learning curve that was steep enough that we went ahead and upgraded to the smart phone. The reasoning was...if I have to learn all this stuff I might as well learn a smart phone. For someone who already has some experience wit techy stuff its a great phone. We are keeping it as a backup.
