It was exactly what I was looking for. My elderly grandmother has no problem using it and navigating through the system. The salesman that helped me was very thorough.

Easy for the senior that refuses to change or has problems with technology. Flip it open and the buttons are easy to see and the screen is large and has a simple format. This is perfect for the person that doesn't care for desktop pictures, but just wants to use the phone for calls.

I first bought the Jitterbug smartphone for my aunt (75) and I thought it was great. It was so easy to use and had a lot of programs on it, but she had trouble with it, so we returned it and got the Jitterbug flip phone instead. My dad (81) also has the Jitterbug flip phone for over a year now and both of them are pleased with the product. It is simple and easy to use. There is also a max volume setting for seniors with hearing issues. Neither of them text or take photos so I can't comment on the camera. Overall, great basic flip phone.

I purchased this phone for my 85 year old mother. She has no problem with it. I love it. We programmed our numbers into speed dial and that has helped her. She still cannot retrieve voice mail so I wish I could delete it as number one on speed dial but I cannot. That is my only complaint. The ringer volume controls on the side I ended up locking them since she kept accidentally turning the ringer off. The locking feature is a great setting.

I love my Jitterbug flip phone. The only problem I see is the volume button goes to silent easily. A person needs to make sure the volume button is on Maximum to be able to hear the notifications and phone ringing. It is a great phone and very easy to use.

Works fine -is a replacement for an older FLIP2 that the internal battery charge circuitry failed and phone would get hot. I ordered two since wife said she wanted one with same phone number - talked a a person at Lively who apparently did not understand me or I did not understand her -but when doing the activation -was told it could not be done. It has a zillion new "features"

This is an OK phone. Bought it for my mom, so she can reach me if the landline is down. We've had flip phones before, but this is nothing like them. I suppose, once you get used to it, it is probably simple to use, but it's not as intuitive as other phones of this design. I've used cell phones for at least 25 years & in not afraid of tech. I find it difficult to teach her to use it. On the other hand, it's less expense than having another line on Verizon.

The phone is a simple, basic phone with big butons for seniors that only need to talk (primarily) and text (occassionally). After being assured that Best buy would move the contacts from the old phone (Samsusung 10 Android) to the new phone, the Best buy rep expoerted all the contacts to a SD card - and charged me for it - and then after 10 minutes, said there were too many contacts and that we would have to move them manually without providing any instructions. Once we tried there was no way to access the SD card in the Lively phone and were told that they have to be manually input. Bottom line line - decent phone for seniors but Best buy "total Tech" is a joke and doesn't deliver what they promise - is that fraud?

I have had the phone only two days, but I certainly like it so far. Unlike the smartphones that I've had, there's no guessing nor getting a surprise when you push a key. Great for us octogenarians!

The Jitterbug Flip2 cell phone is a true investment. I purchased for my parents who are 92 and 93 years old. When they lose power in their home, we are able to keep in touch. Not complicated to use at all. They love the favorites and shortcut features. Thank you Lively Jitterbug
