Too complicated. Have to press OK after ever step. In order to make a call from my contacts I have about 4 or 5 steps, pressing g OK after everyone.

Needed a Jitterbug phone for my 87 year old mother. Service and support was fantastic. He activated, set it up and turn her volume controls way up!

After an initial period of getting used toa new phone my father-in-law is very happy with this Lively phone.

Simple and Easy setup. Can't recommend enough for anyone in your life without the ability to use a smart phone interface.

Nice upgrade from my old Jitterbug phone. The ring is louder and so is volume. Easy to use by a non-tech person.

Returned phone that was for my sister. Service didn't work in her area. They put in her zip and said their was service in her area. Not so.

Loading contacts takes a very long time as have to use number keypad for letters. Voice command to speed dial is long process as well.

I do not recommended this phone for anyone with dementia. My stepmom could not remember to hit OK every time to answer the phone. Also the volume button on the side was easy to hit holding the phone where the phone gets set to silent without realizing it was another reason she did not answer the phone. I corrected the volume one day on the phone and my sister called & went over to my stepmom's house the phone was on silent again same day. The set up on this phone was horrible. It took a long time to contact Lively customer service. Even though My sister & I could figure the phone out no problem. My stepmom never was able to figure out the phone even with written instructions.

It isn't as easy to use according to their advertisement. Tried to call my husband who also has a Jitterbug and the call would not go thru. Don't know why this is happening. Also wanted my name to show when I make a call but that isn't happening either. Will keep reading the booklet but I am disappointed so far.

perfect for seniors. mom loves it because it has a small light that stays on so she can find it in the dark

This has been a nightmare with Lively to even activate the phone. This should not be advertised as”our easiest phone ever”.Voice mail not an option and has to be added- which still has not been fixed. Plus added steps to even answer and hang up calls. Spent hours with customer service & given different info each time.Issue Still not resolved . I am not a Senior citizen & am setting this up for my relative. So can not imagine a Senior dealing with these issues.

Works as advertised. You have to wait to get the car charger in the mail. Plans were confusing as you can have both an emergency number and 911.

Battery life is barely 24 hours. Contact list is spread out too much

Not as user friendly as the original jitterbug phone, too many steps to make a call or answer a call

Needed to replace flip phone for 90 year old and few 4g options. This is similar to old 3g phone so it was easy enough to use

Got this for my wife. She just wanted basic features. Phone work greats. Able to send and take pictures. Love it great services.

Would be better if it answered when opened not having to press additional button. This was for a 92 year old and the simpler the better
