If I'd known this in advance, I would have tried harder to discourage my husband from buying this. Costs a whole lot move hanmy smartphone from Tracfone.

Not as good as they make it seem

So ai picked the $19.99 unlimited text-call plan but in order to have the emergency help features thats additional $24.95 and up. I would have never chose this phone for my dad had I known but now im stuck.

Good phone for older folks, but could be simpler.
